Using for base sauce for Ooni
Bought this based on recommendations when scouting around for good base sauces for Ooni pizza ovens. It's delicious and spreads well. The tins are large, and will service about 10-12 10" pizzas per tin.

Also... für mich gibt es genau 2 Möglichkeiten für eine gute Pizzasoße. Wenn ich mir schon zu Hause die Mühe mache und meinen Pizzaofen hochheize, dann will ich auch Qualität und Geschmack! Das schafft man zum einen mit einer selbstgerechten Soße, aber da gebe ich gerne zu, dass die natürlich ihre Zeit braucht. Als Alternative kann ich euch wirklich diese Soße hier empfehlen - lecker, aromatisch, die vermittelt echt das Gefühl von Italien - immer wieder gern genommen!

I discovered this during the 2nd lockdown, in which I spent time perfecting my pizza making skills . It is very easy to use, perfect consistency. The spices add up to the aroma and the taste. I would highly recommend if you don't want to mess around peeling, chopping, boiling and reducing... just open and use!
