This pillow is not squishy it is not hard. It holds my head in the correct position especially when I’m sleeping on my side.

For many wondering if it's plush where it sinks in or not, this is NOT that soft. I wouldn't say it's hard firm either. Depends on what you prefer. For me, I like it since it holds up at the level I need to prevent my back from aching. The old, soft, foam pillow I have doesn't go with the new mattress.I wouldn't mind it if it's a little less firm. Some may consider this more than medium firm, but if it was then you wouldn't be able to push on it. Over time, this is going to sink so the idea it holds up part of your upper back, it works for some that have the back pain. If you're wanting that sink in gel feel, this is not it.This comes with a washable case which I have all that in another waterproof case so that it will last longer and I wash the outer case. The zipper on the case it came in, it can be an issue later so the less I zip that, the better. It's thinner and the way it's designed, you can't see on the outside it has a zipper so if there's something in the way to snag, it can be frustrating to get it in order. Save yourself the headache, buy another waterproof case to go with that to zip easily so you don't have to take that one out to wash.Preserves that case and you really save yourself the headache dealing with that zipper. Be nice if it was the same zipper on the case I bought. That case is meant to be snug and the one I got is more loose which is easier to put in and take out. It's also a better zipper.Not so much comfort as in ahhh vs my entire back isn't in pain is a good thing. Not in pain means sleeping better. The support is there for sure.

I was skeptical to buy this pillow, because I thought for the price it probably would be uncomfortable and not provide the support I needed. The pillow shipped very quick and it was packed nicely in a fitted box. I kept the box in case I needed to return it, but after sleeping with this pillow for over 2 months, I finally decided to let my bf throw the box away because I knew I was keeping it and I could not sleep without it. I had spent $300 on a Hungarian goose down pillow that did not provide enough support and it destroyed my neck to where I could barely turn my head to the side, and it felt like someone karate chopped me in the back of the neck every time I woke up. The SensorPEDIC pillow brought my neck back to life in about a week by providing me with the support I need. I would also like to add that because of the pillows amazing contour I no longer wake up with crease lines below my eyes! Best $30 I have ever spent! If you suffer from neck pain or sleep lines then give this pillow a try to see if it works for you like it does for me.

I have long wanted to buy this product. but because I have an urgent expenditure late, I postponed buying this product. when everything is finished I can finally buy this product. Before I buy this product, I first look at product details and product reviews. is this product suitable for me to buy. it turns out when I have seen the details and reviews of your product, I was finally interested in buying this product. I hope this product does not disappoint me. because I really need this product.in the last few days this product arrived at my house. when this product arrived at my house, I immediately tried it and it was true as I expected.I am very glad this product did not disappoint me

After buying so many memory foam pillows and feeling they were so thick and uncomfortable I finally got the one I needed. I am 4”11 and I can never find a pillow that felt perfect for my neck size and head cushioning until now. I love love this pillow and I am sleeping all night long. I usually sleep on the side but I am now finding myself loving to sleep facing up since it feels so confortable and new to me.

It's a great pillow firm but not hard and very supportive of my neck.

I love this pillow, I am a side sleeper & I have alot of neck pain & with this pillow I wake up feeling refreshed every morning. I have tried every pillow they make & I am happy to say I have found my pillow!! I was skeptical at first because of reviews saying it is too hard but I have found it is a little more firm & that makes it perfect for my neck pain & a restful night of sleep. I highly reccomend.
