I needed something to prop my feet up for my couch in the movie room. There were so many other expensive options, decided to go with this item. The ottoman is well made, and very sturdy. It's also pretty soft and comfortable. The legs screw into the base, and it looks really nice. The lid has a part that recesses into the base, so it won't slide off the top if you were to adjust your feet (if that makes sense). It does have a VERY weird smell, but it has started to clear up after a couple days.

This is the perfect size and color. It does have a strong smell like others have said, but I don't plan on storing anything in it and I sprayed the inside with Lysol. Not sure that will help yet. It is very sturdy and a great price.

This is a great footstool. Its sturdy. Its soft and fuzzy. Its not too heavy so I can move it easily when I want to. It looks good with my decor, and the gray color was pretty true to how it looked online. Like other reviewers, there is a bit of a chemical smell inside the storage area, but I've just stuffed it with dryer sheets for a few days and it should be fine.

Pretty but does not hold up...the tufted buttons are already loosening and not staying "tufted". Too bad. Would have returned but it's too late. Amended: after contacting vendor, I heard back almost immediately. They very kindly offered to refund 15% . Very satisfied with customer care.

This item is just wonderful!I have it at the foot of my bed as a halfway "step" so my little dog can easily get on the bed. Works great and looks beautiful.The storage is also helpful as my room is quite small.

This ottoman is very cute! It's for a dorm room, so I liked the fact that it wasn't huge. The top fit nicely, as compared to a few others I looked at which seemed loose. Color is very cute and the inside storage will come in handy!

It matches my furniture.

Not huge, but I wanted something small for our nursery. Added a bit of extra storage for a blanket or some toys. The cream color is so pretty and the velvet is so so soft. I imagine this ottoman will last a really long time!
