I have used this on my armpits to get rid of hair. I have zero armpit hair now and only use it every 8 weeks just to make sure the hair does not even have a chance to come back. I am using it on my face too and am seeing good results. I paid thousands of dollars to have a spa zap my face to get rid of unwanted hair and it never worked. Somehow, this little thing gets the job done and is not painful at all.

WASTE of money and scam seller. Sent item back as it DOES NOT work every time you press button and they are NOT doing a full refund. It will NOT work on brown or red, and does nothing for fine wrinkles. Yes, we tried item to determine this, and they are saying we used it. How else to know it does not work on skin plus is defective? SHAMEFUL. Making appt with clinic for a legit IPL treatment. This did nothing for me as well as my daughter who tried it for acne. NO change does NOTHING you get what you pay for people!!! Halo is like 3k and will take care of all issues. Going to do that. Plus I wonder if this is even safe? On the lower price Asian sites you can get for a fraction of cost- wonder what the difference is??? Just go to the DR for your treatment. Safer!!! PLUS other reviews, looking now, have same complaints. But seller says : NO ITS FINE ERROR IS ON YOU". Seriously????? READ 1 stars for sure!

I've had this device for a few months and here are my observations: high quality device with long-life and replaceable lamps. The acne lamp doesn't work as well for ME as the high frequency device for kill a lesion that is coming up, so I only use it occasionally. I haven't really used the hair removal lamp. The skin rejuvenation lamp is my personal favorite. I can really feel my skin tighten the next morning when I use this at night. If you use it too often (for me more than twice a week) it makes my skin really dry. I haven't seen much improvement on broken capillaries but it seems to improve age spots.

This lamp definitely works for hair removal. After only 3 times of use, I noticed 80% of hair reduction on my legs. My underarm has never been this smooth. It’s really nice not having to worry about unwanted hair when wearing sleeveless shirts. Results are better with more use.On the face, with consistent use, I definitely noticed improvement in redness and broken capillaries. But mind you, one has to use it consistently. I also shoot the spider veins on my legs and noticed a reduction of the spider veins. But you have to be very consistent and it takes time and patience to see results. Have to put in the work.Customer service is prompt and addressed concerns I had in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. I had a problem with one of their lamps, and they replaced it pronto.Downsides:1. It is time consuming, especially on the legs and arms to go over the entire areas.2. You have to be very careful so there are no spots on the lamp after usage. The documentation says to clean lamp before and after use, but in my experience, the lamp needs to be wiped during use as well to make sure it remains spotless. If it’s not spotless, I think it affects the efficacy. It’s a bit hard to keep the lamp spotless.Overall I’m satisfied with this lamp. Although it is pricey, if it continues to provide results, it’ll be worth it for sure.

I ordered the Faustina Laser for treatment of facial pigmentation on 06/20/22. It arrived on 06/23/22. It took 3 working days for it to arrive, a lot faster than expected. I made sure I follow the before and after care instructions for the Faustina Laser, also wore the googles. I just finished my treatment #1 using SR lamp level 1 today 06/26/22. Started with 500050 flashes, ended with 499992, used 58 flashes for my full face treatment. It felt like mild rubber band snapping, which is tolerable. My face turned slightly pink right after the flash, but quickly went away. No burning sensations after the treatment. Oh I did smell mild hair burning because there were fuzzy facial hair which I can't see with my naked eyes, but it's not a big deal and it doesn't bother me. I'll repeat my treatment in 1 week as recommended.

I have been using this product according to the directions for over a year now and have not seen any results so far. Would not recommend buying.

I bought this back in 2021 for the skin rejuvenation and hair removal. I have broken capillaries in my cheeks, which is hereditary. The continued use of the skin rejuvenation has helped to continually reduce this redness. I use the hair removal on all different parts of my body and have seen a dramatic difference with less hair. I highly recommend this product because you don't have to spend time at the dermatologist/spa, it works, and the customer service is amazing.
