This product is the absolute best for removing eye makeup! It is truly oil-free. I've had some eye stye issues over the last year and my doctor agrees with my assessment that I most likely clogged some pores using a greasy cold cream for way too many years to remove makeup. This eye makeup remover is oil-based and caught my attention because of the many great reviews and affordable price. It works well for removing regular mascara, but when it comes to very waterproof Japanese or Korean mascaras, the performance is quite average. I need to use cotton pads and cotton swabs two to three times to fully remove everything. Overall, it’s okay, but I think I’ll stick to Japanese or Korean eye makeup removers for better results.
