The candles worked fine for the Hello Kitty party.

These are so cute! Unfortunately, the package I received looks like it's old (some areas torn), and the Hello Kitty faces on 2 candles are peeling. Otherwise it would have been perfect! Too much trouble to return so I will use it, but I'm really disappointed in the conditon of the product.
