Bought this for the price, but I am really impressed with the performance! It smells heavenly and my clothes feel great. Not to mention I use it on my baby's clothes and even with sensitive skin he has never had a reaction.

Arrived all in tact, but there was dome dry leakage on 1 (out of the 4) bottles. No big deal, just wiped it off. Caution extremely heavy shipment!

The cap was loose on one and the other one was cracked leaked out in the box that it was shipped in. Two were ok.

This product is so much more cost effective than Downey. I hesitated about that but was so pleasantly surprised. Clothes smell great!

Only a small leak on two of the bottles but I think due to the handling of the package. Overall good price ,good quality product and decent shipping speed. About the same price you can get it for at Walmart however this was way more convenient especially being able to buy it in bulk. Thank you!
