Quite large capsules but easy enough to swallow. Reson for 4star not 5. I feel like they are doing good and more of a wellbeing feeling since started use but only half way through 90 day amount ,will definitely re order again. C Walton.

I've been buying this supplement for a couple of years now and I really feel it helps with my sugar cravings. You can open the capsules if you'd like and sprinkle the powder in a hot drink or over cereal for example. The capsules are quite easy to swallow though if you prefer to take them like that. They're good quality and reasonably priced too. I can recommend.

I have not had any adverse effects from this product and i have started my fifth supply.

I have only been taking this for a week but my sugar levels have stopped slightly although I have been more careful with my diet so who knows it could be working.
