It makes very little if any noise whatsoever.

What type of plug is the out put terminals

As seen in the product photo, the black and red knobs are the power output. At the center of each knob is a hole that will accept a standard banana style probe. Additionally, the knobs can be loosened and a wire or “c-style” terminal can be placed behind and the knob tightened.

Can this be used for anodizing?

Doubtful. This has a very low amperage output.
