Worked great for my flip top/fold down desk. VERY sturdy. A bit challenging to install but that is the nature of drilling and chiseling out the wood, not necessarily the product itself. Worked on 3/4 furniture grade plywood but it's CLOSE...only 1 layer of ply on top and bottom (on the shallow facia part) but more wood in the back holding everything firmly in place.

The hinge itself is a work of art. It's a bit of a trick to get the mounting holes mortised just right, but they provide excellent directions to assist. Once mounted, the hinge is solid, and invisible.

Didn’t really fit my project, but with a hammer and a little pounding, we got it into place.

Perfect replacement for hinges that were broken....the wood was already routed out and it fit right in with no problems. The only minor issue is that the hinges were a little stiff, but they work fine.

Perfect fit. For a teak table. Free teak table. Badly sun breached. Sanded & 2 coats of Waco teak oil and a new Soss hinge. I did custom house with Soss hinges. Didn't know they made small sizes. But they are unmistakable. Great product. If a new project, use the router jigs and save a lot of 4 letter words for something else.A.F.
