Highly recommend this item. I'm in a walking boot, due to a (left foot) broken ankle. I'm at the stage of 'some' weight-bearing, with crutches.None of my flat footwear matched the sole height of the walker boot. This meant that my knees and hips were not in alignment, causing backache and a knee niggle. Very tedious!Quite expensive item, but what price for good posture and general well-being? In my opinion, it's worth the cost.Helpful info:I chose the medium size, as I wear a size 7 trainer. The M size is listed as fitting 7.5 up to 9.5. Fits me erfectly.The small size (up to size 7) would, I think, have been a stretch!Love the three height options with this item. The middle height was perfect for me.

Bought this for hubby after he had an operation on his foot which he had a point sticking out for six weeks. Worked perfectly with his hospital wedge shoe.

you need more than 1.5cm increase but the price paid is too much, not sure how long it would last. Even at lowest level, it was too high so bought 1.5cm height increasing insoles which are perfect.Also, I looked ridiculous

What I didn't like is that the extra height on my non inured ankle, in this 2/3 sole pile up, made it feel much more likely that I'd have twisted my good ankle as well. But that's just the way taller shoes work, I suppose. The product did what was expected. Seems overpriced, as the bottom of the sole started to come off after a few days.If you're deciding between a large limp due to a high ankle boot and the faff of using this safely, I'd go for this. It is a great help for the rest of the body.

Having the hips levelled prevents back pain and the Evenup does exactly that. I am wearing a Vacoped from Oped (same as Evenup). You can configure the height of the rise to 4 different levels which is great.I happen to wear size 9" shoes so the fit is really good.

Was struggling with mobility and progress having gone from a cast to a walker boot. The uneven gait was also impacting my already dodgy knee on the other leg.Bought this and... WOW!!!... With a capital 'WOW!!!: Immediately I was walking on crutches so easily, it was almost like I was walking normally, but just using the crutches for safety. From struggling on crutches to walking easily on them, walking with one crutch and able to stand and take few steps without crutches straight away. I can now fetch food, drinks, etc myself without having to rely on my wife. Also the confidence when using steps is a massive boost.One thing that I did notice (as you can see I am wearing a Keane walking sandal with mine)... was that initially the tab at the back was rubbing against my heel. I simply pulled it down slightly and checked it was all still secure and it was - problem solved 😁).I cannot understand why the boot manufacturers don't couple such a device with their boots. I would urge anyone in a walker boot or weight bearing cast for any period of time to get one of these for the other foot. You will be amazed at the difference. I believe that this device will radically reduce my recuperation time.I can't rate this product highly enough. Fabulous!

Having to wear an aircast walking boot for an ankle injury and after a few days my other knee and hip were aching due to the uneven posture it causes. This was recommended by a colleague, wow what a difference! It is adjustable to get as close as possible to the booted legs height, fits my trainer well (I am a size 6 and went for a medium, the small would have been too small) it makes walking comfortable again. I will talk with my GP about why this isn't given as part of the aircast 'kit' it's simply a must have.

Fantastic product fits perfect over runner and doesn't move and I can remove one even up piece to adjust height.. Will recommend to physio and consultant.
