Good quality
Good quality and runs smoothly on pavements. The only drawback was the inability to rest a shopping basket on whilst shopping. For my 81 year old mother, this was a problem. I fixed this by fitting a cardboard liner.

May of been quick delivery but unsatisfied with the product of the eagle london shopping trolley
Had to send this item back as was faulty few issues with it…i’m still waitin on a refund the item was sent back by express delivery on the 16th may 2025 which i had to pay for not happy over that and still no refund returning back into my bank account…extreemly not happy at all with the seller all i want is my money retuned as soon as.

Not very good
Nice looking but not very good quality. We were a wheel missing on receipt. A bew wheel was sent out promptly. Used it 3 times and a different wheel has came loose from it's clip.. tried to contact the company again but no reply this time.Not a cheap item and will need replacing soon as the loose wheel makes it difficult to push. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Good to manover adjustable handle.waterproof bag can fold up to stow away.pretty much has everything you need.

The wheels are too flimsy
Gutted with this product. The misses was happy with it to start with but the back wheels can't handle the load. She's not happy. Now I can't even return it.

Light weight spacious shopping trolley.
Fantastic design shopping trolley very light weight and plenty of space for your shopping also has an additional two pockets one at the back for phone, keys, purse etc and one at the for smaller items. It also has an adjustable handle to suit your needs. The colour is navy and light blue not grey as it states. You can pull it behind you if you like when empty or full or push it in front of you when full of heavy shopping. All in all a great find brilliant trolley.

Great Customer Service
Was problem with product initially but i must give it to the customer service team of the products company, because they went above and beyond to rectify issue - which they did. Great product, and great customer service.

I just need to know who to contact for spares as one of the front wheels has fallen off seems to be quite common
