Making with Meaning: 20 Meditative and Creative Crochet Projects Paperback – October 6, 2020

This book is so beautifully done and so inspirational. The patterns are explained wonderfully and easy to follow. My nine year old can’t put it down and is begging me to teach her to crochet so she can create all of the items. All because of this lovely book.

I taught myself to crochet in 2019 and was super excited when I came across this book recommended by someone else. I am so glad I bought it. The message included alongside the patterns is priceless. I had a very difficult childhood and have struggled with my self worth much of my adult life. I have found crochet has really helped me heal and let go of some of that trauma as I have been able to be more meditative with my practice. Highly recommend this book.

I don’t have much to say other than this book was absolutely amazing. Jessica really takes her feelers and touches them right to your heart. Not only that, her patterns are awesome too and easy to read. Definitely recommend even if just for that fact.

Beautifully written

Not on!y is it a nice relaxing read, it has some great beginner friendly patterns in this book. The book encourages the readers to use crafting as a form of healing .

I have been loving reading this book. Jessica's vulnerability and practical words are like a balm to my soul. The patterns are amazing as well.Can't wait for another book from Jessica Carey!

Beautifully written, amazingly pleasing and with a number of great projects to try.Love the challenges set for each project.Jessica shows the readers to take ownership of pain and trauma and make something positive out of it, so the title is just perfect.Has a number of helpful images and for a visual person like me that works a treat.Overall this is a work of love.

I am not sure about the title of this book There are some nice patterns which would be good as presents
