Can you change the height of the mirror?

No but its a perfect level, I bought this for my 14 year old who loves it but also because I bought the suction lights to go around it my hubby has started to use it for doing his eyebrows lol, so tbh it's already positioned fine, it's perfect for an adult

U dont need to affix it to a wall. Mine is freestanding. The mirror fixes on to the table
