Bought these to do painting by numbers as the ones in the pack were terrible. These are so much better.

Tbh, I was quite skeptical at first given the price and if it would reflect on the brushes' quality. However, it arrived in a good packaging, the brushes are well protected with each brushes having its own plastic foil and the bristles having its own tube that encase it. On first use, the brushes turned out to be the exact type that I wanted for watercolour flower paintings, the brushes held its shape well, its tips nice and sharp for detailed work too, holds just enough amount of water in its 'belly' for a medium sized peice, it was perfect for me. I chosed NicPro because one of the YouTube watercolour illustrator, Shayda Campbell, recommended it. Though the original link she gave was no longer in service so I tried to find other suppliers if the same brand(this shop). Only thing that kept this product from 5 stars was I felt it was not authentic, cuz I did my research and the original packaging comes in a really nice box, well it could also be that it'll be more expensive with the box, but I also have another evidence, that the logo printed was kinda smudged, and pros usually don't do that to their product so it's sort of a tell tale sign? I don't know, ULTIMATELY, I still love the brushes, y'all should consider the quality of it which was a fact given and not my suspicious guessing game.

Good set of brushed for the money they have done what we needed of them and the range of sizes has been super useful. The bristles appear to have stayed together well and being small they're pretty easy to clean.

I've worked with expensive brushes with watercolour and these brushes are fine. The price is fabulous and there is a perfect amount of sizes to accommodate most of the needs I have for brushes. They hold water really well and easily maintain their shape after washing in water - remember to gently shape with your fingers after cleaning and lay flat to dry. I recommend these and I'd buy them again.

Soft synthetic brushes best for watercolour and Gouache. But doesn't hold lot of water. Could be used for sharp controlled strokes rather than washes
