The unit has a very nice appearance and well finished. However, it's longer than listed. It still worked for me so I will be keeping it.

Needed a shower extension from the wall, worked well. Good fit and nice work on the coatings.

I've got a fairly unique setup and I've ordered multiple shower arms in the search for something that will work for me. Although this one didn't quite do the trick, I wanted to leave a review anyways. Of all the various shower arms I've tried over the last couple of days this is without a doubt the best made and best packaged one. Inside the small box it came in, the arm had it's own cloth bag and the flange was also boxed and bagged to ensure nothing was scratched. All the other ones I've received were either wrapped in paper or slid into junky styrofoam sleeves and none of them were made with nice thick brass like this one.

Nice piece. The finish is a little fragile. Some chipped during install. I even wrapped it in a towel and very little pressure with my vice grips still managed to damage the finish.

We purchased this for a rain shower head installation. We wanted a piece that wasn't so long as to drop the shower head too low but was long enough to reach the drop ear connection in the ceiling.Sometimes these arms are prone to flaking/peeling if you're not careful when you put them on, so tighten with caution. I used an oven mitt and channel locks to tighten this one and it worked great. Just be careful.

Looks just as describe. Gold is nice rich color and threads work well for the shower head I purchased

It worked, no leaks.
