Simply brilliant!
If you have any interest in The Eagles, don't even hesitate! Beautifully filmed, the blu-ray was my main target but coming packaged with two CDs makes this a brilliant pack. It does come in a CD sized case with cardboard around it, which makes it CDs with a bonus blu-ray where I would have preferred to see it as blu-ray with bonus CDs! Regardless, the film has impeccable HD (I couldn't find a UHD version) and 5.1 DTS HD-Master audio that'll wow you (LPCM Stereo available).Very moving in parts with the introduction of Deacon Frey in his father's place, with very lovely tributes paid to Glenn during the show.Sure, they're getting on a little (I'm a fine one to talk!) but the musicianship is immaculate, and I wonder who else can play and sing THIS well on stage? The Eagles are absolutely on top form here. Joe Walsh performs his best known solo hits as does Don Henley ("Boys of Summer") and the whole show runs for nearly two and a half hours. The double CD set is just fine. In my house i just go for the 5.1 movie though. Inside the case is a little booklet of photos, such as you used to get in CDs in the good old days.I love this! Just buy it, you won't be sorry.

Great performance by members old and new
Another impeccable performance by the band, something I had thought would never happen again after the sad loss of Glenn Frey. Glenn's son Deacon and Country star Vince Gill have ably stepped to bring continuity to music that has become the soundtrack of so many lives.Although this was recorded on Eagles home turf in LA, it is a great memento for me as I saw the band on the same tour when they took to the stage at the Leeds arena (great fan shaped venue, btw). One thing I distinctly remember from that occasion was the use of the close up cameras and screens to highlight the excellent guitar and bass playing skills and I'm pleased to see some footage of that musicianship makes its way into this video. The songs are all well known and I will not tire of seeing and hearing the band in live performances. They're all slightly different and all great.

Bought after watching the documentary on TV
The combination of CD's and Blu Ray at a very reasonable price were key to my purchase. Great concert wanted for my collection.

A must for all Eagles fans
This CD/DVD has superb sound quality, and a fabulous video. We have enjoyed the Eagles for many decades and have been lucky enough to see them live. Live From The Forum MMXVIII enables those like us, who have followed and enjoyed them for years, and those (younger) folk who appreciate extemporary musicianship to revel in a huge catalogue of songs performed by talented people. Longevity is testament to talent, and their fame is well earned, deserved and, with the inclusion of Vince Gill and Deacon Frey, should perpetuate, unlike so much "manufactured for fame" bands and singers. Recommended for all, especially people who respect skill and enjoy finely produced good music .

Been waiting for this
I have to write a review. I get quite emotional. Saw The Eagles in Hamburg in 2006, they realeased their last album with fresh material the following year and then Glenn Frey passed away 5 years ago. I only found out by accident that Eagles had re-grouped with Glenn's son replacing him. Have seen a few videos on youtube but none with good quality and not the complete show.Needless to say I am extremely happy to see the show and listen to the music again. I think it's a good solution they have found with Deacon and Vince Gill. It satisfies my curiosity plus I'm pleased to see that the band is performing very well as usual.

Terrific concert, professionally videos, and include first with singer/guitarist Vince Gill
Terrific Eagles concern, featuring 33 sings and the first professionally produced album that includes singer/guitarist Vince Gill.Filmed at the famous Los Angeles Forum - familiar to local fans for its basketball venues - the album includes one Blu-Ray and two DVDs, plus an information pham-let with summation of songs in the (rough) order of appearance on the Blu-Ray disc.Vince Gill is known for his country and western albums, when songs are specifically featured by him, they follow close to this tradition - including "Don't Leet Our Love Start Slippin' Away". This - like the Australian crowd on another album - has a totally enthusiastic crowd, that brings the band back for some of its most famous songs: Hotel California, Desperado and The Long Run at the end of the event.Certainly must be rate one of the two best professionally video albums released by the Eagles!
