My son was beaming as much as I was at the end.One of my new favourites. Tony Neal brings the zaniness out in his illustrations too, a Hercules-like knight, very prim dragon, adorable ferret, and a slew of story scenes to tease out the imagination in young children.For ages 3-7. And anyone a little tired of the same old 'once upon a times'.

Bursting with colour and energy they demand to be pored over time and time again. A hilarious and fun tale filled with heart and featuring an unlikely but charming friendship, this story is a sheer delight.
