Easy Five stars!
Delivery: Ordered and received in 2-4 days, this is what was stated by amazon, (or a day or two more)top quality on delivery,as usually, for me anyway. Description: These are a plastic tooth pick with a point at one end &,a fan like brush at the other end.Picks are 6.5cm long, and have a squarish feel to the stem. In-Use: Personal I can not fit the rounded wooden picks into the gaps of my teeth too far.Wooden flat picks seem a lot better for me but,I`ve been using plastic for sometime now,& find them best suited. The Doctor`s Brurhpicks work an absolute treat. Both ends are very good at getting into those gaps, big(with the brush end)or small(with both ends). Conclusion: If your in the market for top quality picks, look no further, you`ve found them here. Five Stars. Thank you for reading.

The Best for Gum Hygiene ... 5 Stars +
I 1st picked these up on a trip to the US having been advised by my dentist to floss more. Flossing for me is a little awkward as I have a bridge fitted but using these is the best way that I have found to clean between the teeth prior to brushing before bedtime. The brush end is brilliant at removing food morsels whilst the other sharp and is excellent at getting between other teeth. I can't fault the excellent value these provide as one pack of 250 lasts more than eight months assuming daily usage. One thing that works well for me is that whilst I find using these for a few minutes at the bathroom sink a little bit of a chore ... in front of the TV watching late night TV is a breeze.

I HATE the feeling of having stuff stuck in my teeth. Never liked wooden toothpicks. I have no idea how I came across these but it's been OVER A DECADE and I take these EVERYWHERE. Even had them while on my deployments. They are double sided. Standard pick and brush sides. I mainly use the brush sides. They can get in between my tight teeth and they REALLY WORK! You will be amazed at what gets left behind after a meal. You will NEVER used the think wooden toothpicks again. Use one then use a bush pick and you WILL find something the wooden toothpicks missed. When you can't brush this is the next best thing. Use them on each side of your teeth pushing in then from the inside pushing out. Gums may bleed after initial use if you are not a flosser but that's generally a GOOD thing if you have NORMAL mouth health and care. It goes away once your now PROPER gum care is a routine. You can give a bit of twist action to help pull or push anything out. The brush head can bend over 90 degrees trying to get into tough tight spots. Just remember the more you bend plastic the hotter it gets (NOT ENOUGH TO EVER EVEN REMOTELY FEEL) and starts to stretch and break. Maybe once or twice a month I can push the brushes too far and it will break off. Flip it around and push the brush out head out and you know NOT to be that vigorous again. Once you have a brush side that no longer returns to its normal position you have reached the end. Speed, power, twist and control become second nature FAST. You will know when it's time to stop or get another pick. They are EASY to hold and control. DO NOT FLUSH THESE. They go in the trash or better yet the recycle bin. The big and small cases are perfect and fairly though. They also make EXCELLENT tiny screw holders. I have a TON of these full of all the little screws I have collected after years in the IT world. I've NEVER come across a defective pick or case. Like I said I have used these for over a decade and I would be hard pressed to remember a single week that I haven't used these in over all that time. People will ask about them if they see you use them and need a toothpick. The only negative aspect I can think of (I'm one of those people who HAVE to include at least one con no matter how perfect something is) is if the brush head breaks off the picks go from the perfect length to a tad short. I normally just toss the pick for another if I accidently break the brush off. I've tried a dozen or so picks. These are hands down the best!

These are perfect for my teeth. I've had dentists ask me what I'm doing cause my teeth and gums are in such great shape. I tell them I use these great little thin flexible brush picks daily and they say keep doing what your doing. I barely need any regular cleanings at all. I don't know if I can attribute it to the picks but they are in my routine, where as a toothbrush full of toothpaste is not. Great for my needs!
