Feel better, sleep better
I take a plethora of vitamins, for prevention, anti-aging, and overall health. I recently found a study on Magnesium Threonate and added it to my regimen. years searching and THIS product + L-Theanine + Vit D
Finally something that actually makes a difference, esp this combination. I stopped abruptly sleeping over 9 years ago and though after first several years, came up with Lunesta as the only Rx I tolerate but gives only 3.5 to 4 hrs sleep. Ever since then i think I've tried everything under the Sun, keep finding supplements I never heard of, including these. I'm now getting 6+ hours sleep per OURA ring and starting to feel better. I hope many see this review early on in their struggles with the severe form of insomnia instead of the multitude of supplements I had to wade through.

This supplement is super expensive but SO WORTH IT
i ran out of this supplement for a few weeks and i noticed the difference in my sleep quality. It is expensive, but it is worth it to get a good night’s sleep.

Gave me a migraine and night sweats
I think this goes into the experience bucket of “maybe talk to your doctor before self medicating with vitamins on Amazon”. Me and sleep have an on again/off again relationship, so when a friend recommended this product as having worked wonders for her, I figured why not try? The result for my experience was unfortunately a three day migraine, extreme nausea, diarrhea and night sweats. I called my physician who said that some people can process this differently due to liver function (not a deficit, just a genetic disposition thing) and that can lead to too much magnesium being in your system. Lesson learned!

Unfortunately not for me
I was recommended this product to increase the length and quality of my sleep. It had the exact opposite effect. It gave me night sweats, and I woke up more times than usual throughout the night, sleeping fitfully and shallowly the whole time. I started averaging at best four hours’ rest per night. After ten days I gave it up. An expensive experiment indeed!
