Great for the heart and improves the mood
It is very bitter, so sometimes I put 10 drops to the capsule and take it that way, even though Dr. Cowan says it is best to swish in the mouth for a minute or so and then swallow. I feel it helped me with a cadiovascular issues- leg pains, and as unexpected bonus - better mood. However I have not received 30ml, only 20 ml bottles (I ordered 2).

Item arrived damaged ,after contacting their customer service was immediately replaced with new one within very short time, considered that it comes from India.
