Excellent tool at a good price
Found this hedge trimmer easy to use on our sizeable beech hedge. It's lightweight and the rotating handle is very useful. Battery life is more than adequate. Early days but so far I'm very pleased with this trimmer.

Relaiable and easy to use
I am a professional gardener.I use this daily and have been using it for two months. Its lightweight and easy to use. The two batteries that came with it are very good, each one lasts for about 45 mins. The one thing I like is the fact that if it gets stuck in something too wide or tough for the blades, it cuts out then after 20 seconds restarts cutting again. The batteries have a window with an LED display giving an indication of how much batter power is left. Great machine.Absolutely no issues. The two standard batteries are adequate and easily lock into place with a push and a click.

Actually works, neat saw section to cut through thicker thicket!
The battery lasts long wnough to cut my hedges! Woohoo. It has this neat bit which sort of saws through thicker thicket! Getting the hesge back into shape. It is longer than I imagined so it reaches easily across the hedge. The battery charges up wuickly compared to my old one and hilds the chsrge much longer. My only negstive is it is a bit heavy for me as a 66 year old woman with arthritis. But if I tackle with lots of rests it is fine.

Great on our hedge
Really like this. We have quite a lot of quite tall hedge both sides of our back garden. This does a great job of cutting through most of it quickly and efficiently. It’s not going to cut through thicker branches but you’d buy a more expensive one if you wanted to do that. The rotating blade thing is useful, and it’s pretty lightweight. Battery lasted at least an hour, and charges again quickly. Glad we bought this one.

Would highly recommend
This is a fantastic bit of kit. Very easy to use and great value for money. The battery lasts a surprisingly long time. We have a large hedge and it has had no trouble cutting the different thickness of branches and lasting the time it has taken to complete. If there was one improvement to make it would be a power on and off switch as the hand position to turn it on is also a handy way to carry the hedge trimmer. This can be a concern when passing the trimmer to another person

German quality.
Vey effective. Not as powerful as an electric, but you just cannot beat the ease of use~no more cables to lug around ! Heavy, but worth it~Hedges are no longer the chore they used to be... UPDATE 15/05/24- noticed that the battery pack has failed..

Cuts out when it hits a thick branch
It cuts out when it hits a thick branch. This is a design feature, and it will start again after about 20 seconds. The first one I received had to be returned because it wouldn`t start again, but the replacement is fine.It takes about an hour to charge, and runs for about 40 minutes. Its main use is on a mainly leylandii hedge about 2 metres high, 150metres long, that has to be cut on both sides and on top ( plus various other smaller hedges. ).It is much better to use than my petrol model - much lighter and no fumes blowing in your face.Remember - it`s a hedge trimmer, not a branch cutter.
