I owned this same product for years, which was well made until the headpiece eventually fell apart. I recall my original product was made in the US. I ordered a new one and was surprised to find the head halter holder is a different design, so cheaply and poorly made with fabric and velcro so stiff, it will not fit the head comfortably. It also scratches the skin. After attempting to use it a few times, I've given up and will now find another manufacturer. I looked on the box to see where it was made and it is not listed. I assume it is made overseas. In my opinion, this is a poorly made product that does not conform to the neck and may do more damage or harm to a person's neck than without it! Do not buy the Essential Medical Supply Overdoor Traction P2100!

Boring to use this thing, but if you have neck or shoulder problems this is worth it.
