Stylish and comfortable
I was looking for a cute yet comfy headset and this was perfect and at a great price. The earphones are cushioned well so they don't hurt after a while. The sound quality was great in my opinion. The cord is also a decent length. However I needed to buy an adapter to use the mic on my pc so it's best to order one just in case, they are quite cheap. I'm very happy with my purchase and I definitley reccomend these :)

All good, but could be more comfortable.
It has a very good mic. Cable length is about 1m. If you are going to use it for a PC and want to hear audio and speak to others through the mic, you will need an adapter as it has a single audio jack. It doesn't feel as comfortable as higher-priced headsets, but for the price, it's okay. The sound is great. It functions well, with a nice volume adjuster on the headset, and fits well.

OUTSTANDING Mic
not only is the sound quality outstanding but so is the mic and I was blown away and very happy to see I didn't have to spend hundreds on a premium microphone when this is just as good

Value for money
Don’t ever write reviews but the quality was too good not to. Feels cheap and looks cheap. But the audio and microphone quality are unbelievable. Basically a steal for this price.

Decent headphones for the cost. Volume can feel a little quiet to me but does the job and does feel comfortable to wear for a long period of time. MIC is also decent. But the volume quality does not feel that great so I would recommend spending a bit more for better sound quality. But if you want any cheap ones these do the job for gaming.

Microphone not working.
Not happy. The PC would not detect the microphone in the headset, only registering it as an output device. It is not a problem with the PC since I have tried it on other laptops and had the same problem. This happened as soon as I unboxed them.Spent multiple hours trying to fix this, visiting countless websites and forums for advice, but the same problem kept occurring which was that the mic was not working. Will definitely be returning these. I expected better from JBL.

The audio is amazing, however the mic quality not so much
It’s an amazing headset for audio as it’s very clear and very comfortable but i wouldn’t get it for the mic as my boyfriend described the quality like i was using a drive thru microphone. But it’s great for the price :) you get what you pay for really
