Q: Waist measurement Does 36W mean a 36 inch waist, or as according to the size guide a 28 to 29 inch waist?

I am a 32 waist. Ordered Size 32 and they fit great. They are quite short. Hope that helps

Width across waist 18 inches (half of 36), outseam 14.5 inches, inseam 5 inches (as advertised), width of leg holes 12 inches.

Q: Any idea how long it takes to restock or if there's a way to get a restock notification as looking to buy but everything is sold out.

I have always found they have stock in my size - perhaps I am just lucky
