Good quality, Good Specification for a low priced phone BUT NO USER GUIDE
I am now very happy with this Smartphone running Android 9, but that was not my initial impression which is why I have scored it 4 not 5. I was looking for a small sized, low priced phone with good computing power and plenty of internal storage space and able to use Wi-Fi Calling. This phone meets those requirements. It was a struggle at first for someone of advanced years but I have now mastered it. Picture and sound quality are acceptable (and it was easy to pair with my Bluetooth speaker). Also the speaker is brilliant when making phone calls which can be difficult as I wear a hearing aid.My previous Smartphone was a Huawei Y550 running android 4.2 and I was expecting to encounter a few difficulties getting used to my new phone running Android 9. However it took me 3 weeks and countless hours to resolve all my issues, mainly by trial and error and in some cases pure luck.I hope the following notes from my experiences will help you in the absence or a User Guide.1. NO USER GUIDE: Unsurprisingly there is no user guide/manual with phone but neither was there any mention of where to find one on the internet. I first looked at the Oukitel website and then via online searching and failed to find one. I then resorted to looking up generic Android 9 guides and guides/reviews for other similar phones. These were some help but also added to my frustration. I also asked my adult children to see if they could offer me any suggestions.2. 4G 3G CHANGING SETTING: I was with EE and the mobile signal was no better with my new phone fluctuating between 4G-3G and some letters I had never seen before. I thought I would check to see if setting 3G as preferred setting would be an improvement. Settings/Network & Internet/Mobile Network/Preferred network type/ The display indicated a green dot to show 4G selected with an option to click on 3G which I did. Signal was no better on this setting so decided to revert back to 4G to gain the benefit of 4G when out and about. Went back in via Settings but found that having selected Preferred network type this only displayed 3G with no option to change to 4G. In desperation I decided I would have to try and reset phone to factory settings. Settings/ System/Advanced/Reset options. Fortunately this allowed me to reset Wi-Fi Mobile and Bluetooth rather than reset to factory settings which would have deleted data such as my contacts. Hey presto back to 4G but had to re-enter my Wi-Fi modem Wireless Key.3. WI-FI CALLING: A feature I particularly wanted to use is Wi-Fi calling as all mobile networks provide a poor/very variable signal at my home address. I was initially with EE and via Settings/Network & Internet/Mobile Network/Advanced/Calling selected Wi-Fi Calling to Wi-Fi preferred. But nothing changed. This did not appear to give me access to Wi-Fi Calling. I then discovered that the SIM only deal I had with EE did not provide Wi-Fi Calling. I changed my mobile supplier to BT (who use the EE network) and got a low cost 18 month SIM only deal 1GB data, unlimited calls and texts for £5 a month as I am a BT Broadband customer plus free an addition 1GB data because I have BT Halo. Most importantly this also entitles me to use Wi-Fi calling. Inserted new BT SIM. Phone worked but still poor mobile signal and no indication of Wi-Fi calling. In a light-bulb moment I initiated the reset Wi-Fi Mobile and Bluetooth setting as in item 2 and Bingo Wi-Fi Calling worked.4. USB CONNECTION to upload photos/Download music etc with my laptop. Plugged in USB lead and opened Windows Explorer on my laptop. C16 Pro appeared on the left hand side but when selected no files were found. I disconnected the USB lead and initiated a search for USB in Settings. 3 options appeared but all were greyed out. I reconnected phone to laptop and rather than search Settings I went Settings/Connected devices and this indicated USB Charging this device. I selected it and noticed that a green selected dot was displayed against No data transfer. I selected file transfer and this made the connection. UNFORTUNATELY every time you disconnect and reconnect you have to go through the same procedure as setting always reverts to No data transfer most frustrating. I Have now inserted a micro SD card in the phone and via my Laptop created a music folder and loaded tracks on to it I have also created a DCIM folder for both Camera and Photos and have successfully moved photos from Camera to SD Card and to and from Laptop.5. CONTACTS: I have always stored my contacts on the SIM card of every mobile phone I have ever had in the last 30 years, unfortunately the SIM card in my Huawei was a micro-SIM and I had to get a Nano-SIM from EE and then typed in my contacts. I have always been able to subsequently copy them to SIM, but found no Copy option. I did subsequently find an option which would allow me to default new contacts to SIM (Oh for a user guide to have told me to select this option before entering contacts). I them found an option within Contacts, top left 3 horizontal bars then settings (which is also where you can select your default location) Import. This allows me to make a copy of but not move Contacts, so I ended up with every contact duplicated. Fortunately I found in the same settings Contacts to display and selected Customised rather than All contacts. This allows selection of either phone or SIM. This means when adding a new contact to phone that I will have to import it to keep SIM as a true copy. I also noticed that when I had both sets on display that only the phone contacts displayed mobile numbers as Voice Call, Video Call and Message for Whatsapp contacts whereas SIM copy shows only what it terms as Primary number. So not an exact copy.6. GALLERY. I thought Gallery was a standard feature of Android 9, but it is not on this phone and I, like I have noticed other users report, don’t like Google Photos. I have downloaded Focus Go.7. SCREEN SHOTS: If you wish to make a Screen shot press and hold together the Volume Down and On/Off button. Same as a Samsung and maybe others but only discovered this in conversation with my daughter.

Great specifications at a budget
I was searching for a budget phone with some strong specs to replace my dad's old phone when I came across this Oukitel phone, which seemed to be perfect for the price! It has a 5.71" screen, which is about average for most phones nowadays. This supports 4G where it is available. It has 3GB ram and 32GB internal memory, which is more than enough space to download apps and store videos/photos. It also has the option of installing a micro-SD card in, which has its own dedicated slot that is separate from the sim cards. It works nicely with my 128GB micro-SD card with no issues. The phone has the capacity to hold 2 nano sim cards alongside the micro-SD card. This is much better than most phones as the second sim card slot is usually a shared sim slot. When two sim cards are being utilised, I find that the battery gets drained a bit quicker than if one sim card was being used. It has a capacity of 2600mAh which is decent. It can hold its charge for an entire day if used just for phone calls and texting with no apps running in the background. The battery fully charges within a couple of hours which isn't bad.One decent feature is that the battery is removable, which isn't very common in phones nowadays. The only issue is that there isn't an availability of batteries to buy on the internet as it seems to be a relatively new phone. Having the option to buy spare batteries will make this a lot more appealing. The screen quality is pretty good and shows pictures in HD. As it is 720*1520, it's just under Full-HD but still has a sharp, crisp quality about it.Both the front camera (5MP) and the back camera (8MP + 2MP) are good. It's on par with the other phones around this price range. The zoom features is decent - it doesn't pixelate the image too much but if the image is too far away, it will struggle to focus correctly. Despite this, the colours are vibrant and there are plenty of filter options to improve the quality of the pictures taken. The fingerprint scanner is quick and easy to set up - it unlocks the phone at the touch of a finger which makes it more convenient for quicker access. The sound quality is what I expected from a phone in this price range - good but not the best. When in phone calls, the volume seems to be low at times whilst at other times, e.g. watching YouTube, the volume is much higher. With 3GB ram, the phone runs smoothly. It is quick to open apps and doesn't heat up too much when playing games. Whilst it isn't built for gaming, it does fare well but does lag slightly at times depending on the games played. The processor isn't too strong so while it does fare well with normal day-to-day apps, gaming is probably one of the areas where it won't fare as well.Comes with a clear case already which is brilliant. Usually, you have to buy them separately so this will save a little bit of money. It also comes with the charging plug and cable, which is a decent length but I prefer to use my own as, in my experience, manufacturer cables don't last very long.To be getting these specs at £69.99, this phone is a bargain budget phone that seems like it will be long-lasting. It performs well and if you are getting this for a child or parent, it will easily do the job and is a cheaper alternative to more pricier phones that have similar specifications. If this was helpful, please tap that helpful button below - Cheers!

This phone is too good for this price.
The media could not be loaded. The features and the spec of this 4G unlocked smartphone deserves a higher price tag than that which I paid.Powered by Android 9.Sim free.Large screen.Dual camera.Big memory which is extendable.Great unlock features. These are what persuaded me to buy while looking at the price tag.Received in a brightly coloured branded box, the phone felt and looked of good quality. The large screen was not dim and was protected by a plastic film. It came with a silicon back already attached. That was a nice touch. After setting up location settings etc. I connected to my WiFi easily and I updated. The update was really fast, about 2 minutes so the internet connection was great. 3GB of RAM ensured smooth operation of the phone and I spotted no lag whatsoever. 32GB of RAM is ample for me but there is an option to insert an SD card, anything up to 128GB should I need more space in the future. The video and camera images are excellent on this phone. A quality I would expect only on more expensive, big branded alternatives. I was pleasantly surprised yet again. This phone runs smoothly, quick to start, quick to shutdown and switching from screen to screen or app to app is virtually seamless. To say I am very impressed by the value for money I get on this smartphone frankly, is an understatement. One of my better buys and have no doubts when I say I am recommending this. Well done, Oukitel.

Got this phone in the hope that it was louder on calls than my Alcatel was , it is . Unfortunately it is no better for everything else than my Alcatel was . picture quality about the same , battery life not quite as good , but does charge pretty quick . Sound on you tube etc not as loud , better size and weight .
