It is really calming and if you add a bit of honey and salt , it makes for a refreshing drink with all natural flavour of bitter-sweet chamomile flowers , love it .

Best for severe anxiety and stress
Completely alleviates my anxiety symptoms, headaches and stress. As an anxiety patient this is like a lifesaver for me. It's also a great alternative to caffeine even for normal folks. The taste is very good and the aroma makes me relaxed...I also ordered the blue tea chamomile but it tasted pathetic and did nothing for my anxiety so go for this brand if you suffer from mental health issues.
