Love these, very sharp.

Was excited to receive these - as soon as I pulled the knife holder (made in China) straight out of the box there was a large defect in the paint. Instead of a smooth corner section the area was pock marked and gritty in appearance which had then been painted over. It looked awful.I managed to get a replacement and the same thing happened again, another paint defect (this time a chip to the paint with a crack in the paint finish).No idea what is going on with the QC at Zwilling (does it exist)?Zwilling make a big deal about the knives being German made and their German history and yet as clear as day there’s “Made in China” on the bottom of the self-sharpening knife block.I think it’s a shame - for the money I expected better. I didn’t attempt a third replacement as I’ve lost all faith in Zwilling.

Look good but to pricey for what they are
