Improving my digestion. Took it for 30 days.I was advised by my practitioner to take one capsule 30 minutes before food and if I forgot to take 1 capsule one hour after food. Keep Balance
Tinospora cordifloria, also known as Guduchi or Giloy, is something I like to cycle into my stack occasionally. I think it's a nice one for Autumn and Winter for immune and glucose boost in the midst of heavy foods eating, high pollen counts, and so forth.I like that it's organic and the easily recyclable dark glass bottle. Kerala claims to meet Prop 65 (so, no concerning amounts of heavy metals). Purchased 9/24, Manu 4/22, Exp 4/25 so this has been sitting in a warehouse for some time.

Outstanding
This is the second product I’ve gotten from Kerala, and the quality of manufacturing seems to be above standard. The product itself which I received did have an expiration date of only a few months out by the time of receiving , which is the only criticism I would have.These come in a darkly colored glass bottle, packaged inside of a cardboard box and with an additional correlated sleeve around that. I’m impressed with this product and with Kerala
