This item was just what was needed, a storage compartment and a writing surface. My only complaint is the latch, it does hold it together just fine but when unlatching it has a tendency to come off. I wouls purchase this again as it serves my needs.

I use this for meetings especially when I am giving a demonstration. This easily stores my cellphone, 50 full page handouts, brochures, a couple pens and business cards at the same time, although they can become a jumble as it's just one big empty space I've found if I put a rubber band around the brochures and business cards it works perfectly. Since I rarely have pockets and don't particularly wish to carry a bag, this fits the bill perfectly, leaving just one clipped piece of paper for me to jot down notes.Most typical meeting style portfolios only handle a few loose papers and brochures, and I can't store my cellphone in them.

The very first time I used this on a call as a First Responder, the hinge that holds the two lids together completely broke off. I was unable to locate it the pen also doesn’t stay firmly in its slot either.

This is a great little clipboard. I use it for departure and return forms when I rent my RV. The only gripe I have is that the black plastic latch falls off easily. This could be easily fixed by a better design. I have not lost it yet but I've been pretty lose a few times.

The structure of my clippboard is below average for its price. It is bendy in the middle and does not close right. The latch easily opens because of its deformity. They did offer me a refund which is nice, just wish it would function as portrayed. Does not seem reliable for iPad storage.

This was exactly what I needed and you do too. Using it daily at work with no issues. I use it out on the job site when showing tenants units to rent at a storage facility. Hold pens, papers, stickers, and anything else I may need. I also epoxied a large magnet to the back which held extremely well without compromising the integrity of the clipboard. I can now hang it anywhere on the property without any of the contents falling out.

I have several of these in different colors. The white one, when I took the plastic off from around it, had a very loose black clip that holds it closed. It now falls off every time I open it. No problem with the others.

I love this concept. Have one for groceries, one for checklists and one for diet. They are so helpful for me and I love the storage to keep extra forms.

The silver clip is sturdy but the black piece that holds the clip board closed has come off a few times. Not a big deal as it snaps back on, but if you lost it then it would be a problem.
