Know how to factory reset this device before purchasing, and have PoE.
Be sure you understand how to factory reset this device without knowing the password (using the MAC address) and you will be happy with your purchase. As far as I could tell it was never actually used. In my case I updated it with Obi firmware and that took just fine, but you could leave UC firmware on there. I took a gamble on it not being a Rev Z build (mine was a Rev B) but not sure if there's any way to specify. (this was important to me because Rev Z builds can't have Obi firmware)

How To Factory Reset
After returning and replacing three of these I was able to finally get the factory reset to work. After a ton of research, I believe these are the steps to complete the reset. I am going from memory, but these should at least point you in the right direction. If something is incorrect, be sure to update this documentPower off phoneHold 1,3,5.While still holding, power on the phone. You will be prompted about a factory reset and to reset the password. The password should be 456, Change it to 789OR the password will be the MAC address (The letter is capitalized). Change the password to 789Print a label and stick it to the back of the phone.Good Luck!

Good phone and decent refurbishment
The phone arrived in overall good condition (B condition in my opinion), packed well by the refurbishment company with bubble wrap, etc, and included a new ethernet cable. The only complaint is that the screen of display shows some scuff marks on it, probably from the original install of the phone wherever that was and not being protected when shipped back. When the phone is on, it's not too noticeable, but it's there sadly. Not worth sending back for the price paid. Reminder this phone is PoE compatible so you don't need a power supply if using a PoE connection.

As good as new
Does not feel like it's refurbished other than retail package missing and also included power cord. However, the installed fw one is not GV compatible and had to reach Polycom support to get link to upgrade the firmware. Once upgraded it works perfectly fine.I thought there was a way to forward calls but don't see that option on the hw or in any of the soft keys, maybe the fw upgrade removed it.Also, there's no manual per se, two ordinary papers only, one showing different keys and ports and the second one related to FCC.
