I started out to order these TV advertised Seat Cushions,but after going to Amazon rather than ordering from the TV since Amazon also sells the TV advertised cushions also. As a matter of fact they have Many Cushions which makes it very hard to order without sitting and looking at them. This Cushion was picked since they had it in Black color,has a carrying handle on the side rather than the back. It has a nice zipper and they all seem to have the same basic shapes. I was wanting something that will not go flat quickly and think this one will hold up longer than some. The TV bamboo cushion was not in black to match my chair so they lost out for me. I read this part: GEL + MEMORY FOAM seat cushion gives you the lasting comfort of an ergonomically designed high rebound memory foam with a heat dispersing gel insert. Keeps you cool and it's like Sitting On a Comfy Cloud - no matter where you sit: home, office, car, airplane. So after reading, I decided to purchase this one. It arrived on time and they all seem to put their name in the middle on top side (this one is embroidered in white (not etched or painted),which is nicely done but I wish the name would be on the side to look better,my opinion only. The bottom side has a nice texture similar to a car floor mat to keep from sliding around on my chair which is a nice feature. It is a nice soft cushion and would purchase it again and it doesn't go flat as stated since I could use it in several other places.

I could not love my seat cushion more. I've had back problems for about 55 years due to a fall as a teenager...I'm now seventy. My granddaughter was left without parents at a very young age and we adopted her soon after. She is now 16 years old and keeps us hopping, so we're in the car a lot. The gel memory foam seat cushion is amazingly comfortable, so I no longer dread the long rides, especially to softball games.You asked for suggestions, so I'd like to say that, since I'm quite short, I would love a taller cushion for driving. I intend to purchase another one, though, for my computer chair. Thank you for a great product and for its reasonable price.I did purchase a second one but it and the chair weren't compatible due to the chair's style. I, instead, put the second one on top of the first in my car. I really like it's height now. I probably wouldn't have purchased one for that purpose, but I'm glad that I have it.

This cushion does an amazing job of cushioning my tush on my Concept 2 rowing machine seat. My tailbone was getting sore from rubbing on the hard plastic of the rower seat. This cushion is thick enough to provide excellent cushioning and the cut away keeps the tailbone from rubbing on the plastic seat. I just place it on top of the rower seat, lay a hand towel atop the cushion (to keep it clean) and row away. Doesn't matter how long I row now, I no longer get a rubbed sore spot on my tailbone. The cushion stays in place throughout the rowing session and does not slip around, as I was afraid it would do. You do have to be careful to place it just right though. There is a sweet spot that allows the cushion to align exactly correctly on the rower seat. I highly recommend this cushion.

We purchased this seat cushion alongside two other top rated gel / memory foam models, for my mother (in her late 70's) who has serious hip and back pain, and she has found this seat to be far and away the most comfortable of the three. We will likely be purchasing at least one more for additional chairs or for travel. She found that the other pads with the "half moon" gel dots caused her pain and discomfort almost immediately, where she can sit comfortably for long periods of sewing or computer use with this particular seat cushion. It is apparently a very nice mix of comfort and support without inhibiting circulation in her legs. Thanks for a nice product.

The seat cushion is extremely comfortable. I bought a new office chair for myself and tried sitting in it with, and without the Seat Cushion. With the Seat Cushion is far more comfortable, and helps with my posture sitting in the chair. The cushion will raise you height in the chair, but adjusting the chair height fixes any issue. I have a 6" high foot rest for my feet which raises my legs when sitting on the chair, and works quite well with the seat cushion. I don't notice any slipping of the pad like a few have noted, but if I had, I would of just put a rubber mesh on the seat. This is an Excellent product.

So I have a herniated disc and was looking for ANYTHING to help and this seems to relieve some of the strain of sitting. I bought this for my home and now think I have to get a 2nd for work. Went with this one because it was on Prime and one of lower priced compare to the others with gel. I do notice after a while of sitting it compresses a bit more than I thought it might, but never goes flat.

Used this for a 3-1/2-hour choir rehearsal with a short break, the other night. Was concerned that the memory-foam would make it too pliable and so press on my injury, but it was just like my mattress: soft enough not to aggravate the injury, supportive enough to keep that no-pressure feeling. Only at the last half-hour did I re-experience pain, and shifting positions took care of that. Whether I have a tailbone injury or not, I have used other cushions, but they were either way-too-soft or too firm to either soothe the injury or even just to sit on with no injury. this will now be my go-to cushion for hard pews, benches, risers, chairs, etc.

I would consider myself a normal size male wearing size 36 pants with 31/32" inseam. The pad is too narrow by at lest 1 to 2" and too short by at lest 2". Plan on a sitting height higher by 1" to 1.5" maybe less in time. Normally when you sit down a seat will extend beyond the width of you legs/butt. This pad falls short about 1" which make it a little uncomfortable b/c your hanging off each side of the cushion. The size of this seat cushion is like it was design for a small female or young male. If it was a little wider and longer it would be spot on for me and my size.
