Work extremely well when instructions followed.
I have not had a proper lasagne for many years since being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I have had various variations on the theme using thin turkey slices or home made keto pasta - they are lovely but not the combination of delicious and convenient that I used to have using standard lasagne sheets. These are perfect. I opened the pouch first and washed the sheets thoroughly and carefully under a running tap and then I unfolded them into a glass bowl and submerged them in cold water and set them aside as I made the sauces according to my usual recipes. I make very powerful tasting sauces with plenty of cheese and plenty of garlic and herbs so when I assembled the lasagne I knew there would be a lot of flavour to be absorbed by the pasta sheets. I topped with extra mozzarella and then I cooked in a fan oven at 180C for 35 minutes. My husband who is not diabetic and is not on a keto way of eating enjoyed this very much. The sheets are the equivalent of al dente pasta and not soft and squidgy but they are a great addition to my keto repertoire and mean I can have more tomato and garlic in my sauce because there are no carbs in the pasta at all. One pouch is enough to make a large and filling lasagne for two - we even had leftovers to go in the fridge after having two helpings each.

Expensive for what it is. Lasagne is not sheets so cannot make a proper lasagne with it

Cook well
These cook well and easily. I’m not keen on the flavour or smell of them but are fine when mixed with other stronger flavoured food

Better off eating real pasta and less of it.
I completely disliked this product. It was like eating plastic. I bought to enable me to eat pasta with out the carbs . It has a fishy smell awful.

Inedible
It smells like fish gone off. Cooked it is inedible, chewy and glue-like.
