Besides loving the deep rich red color of Alizarin Crimson, it is a cool red. It mixes beautifully with my warm blues, such as Cobalt Blue. The two create a gorgeous Violet color.

I ordered Allizerin Crimson. It's a beautiful vibrant yet translucent artist grade watercolour! This is my first artist grade W&N tube, and I have to say it's amazing! I'm currently starting up my collection of these. Slowly but surely I'll buy more! I never realized how tiny 5ml was, but hopefully this will last me for years!
