MOMOI Diamond Braid Gen III Hollow Core (Multi Sizes, 3 Colors)

Came on time, well packaged and had the production date on it August 2022 (I bought it May 2023) so it was not stored that long, hope it performs well on my new Shimano Tiagra 50 .. out fishing

White feels stiffer and heavier when threading compared to other colors (blue and orange). Still a good value.

This product is .8mm in diameter, as compared to Jerry brown is .609mm. I can fit 750 yards of Jerry brown on an 80 wide reel but barely 550 with this line. I ended up taking it off and buying Jerry brown.

I do a lot of line splicing and this stuff works. The Daho needles will even expand this line after fighting fish.Price is fair as well and because it's on amazon, it gets delivered on time.

I've tried pretty much every hollow core there is over the years. Most of the 16 strand products are very good. Not a fan of the PowerPro or the Seaguar but the others are very good. This line is just as good as any others and it's substantially less expensive. It opens up very well so working with it is easy. 600 yards for $75 is just a world's difference. I'll put 500 yards on an Avet LX Raptor and use 100 yards for making wind on leaders. Too good of a line and a price to go elsewhere. Wish they'd make it in a 40lb and down. Right now I use Toro Tamer in the 40lb and under and it's downright awesome having such light hollow core. Small West Coast firm but damned if their product isn't incredible as well.

Spool was broken in transit

Great strong Hollowcore braid however diamond made a mistake in manufacturing and gave me 1686 yards vs the 1500 yards it was supposed to come with and we confirmed with line counter so bang for your buck honestly I would recommend!
