Wilton 1911-0-0008 Candy Melts, Sugar, White

I had orders of cake pops for my small bussiness and i could not work with the chocolate. It was very difficult to melt even by adding coconut oil. I think i got a bad batch this time😞. i never have anything bad to say about this brand until now😒

product was over priced and the color was supposed to white but was cream colored .prouduct seem expired tasted off .

It doesn’t melt I had to add the melt agent to help

Extremely sweet ! Like overly sweet but melted perfectly and was so easy to work with. Didn't curdle at all . Great melting chocolate.

I've used Wilton candy melts for years in making cake pops. Not certain if the product has changed with the new packaging? All six bags ended up being throw away when I tried to melt them. I know chocolate is hard to work with sometimes so didn't stress too much when the first and then second bag didn't melt correctly. But........I've just thrown the sixth bag away after trying to melt. They didn't melt in a smooth consistency but clumped on my cake pops. The flavor is off as well. I've made thousands of cake pops so somewhat know what I am doing. Very frustrating!Update.........I just ordered six bags of red candy melts for a project I am trying to complete for Valentine's Day. What a waste!! I was hoping the red ones worked better than the white ones I had ordered above. They have been in heat so are one giant melted lump in the bag. Cannot even imagine them working at this point. Will be returning and will never order Wilton Candy Melts again let alone from Amazon.
