Good product

Item is a terrible design. Impossible to get the wrap off when need to change and where your hand goes on the handle when using it the plastic drags on your hand and rips your skin off.

It's a great product but I had to add shrink wrap or tape to where the mini shrink is held to keep it from slipping off. I've order several and gave them out to my team members and each one had to do the same thing. It's great but for the price I would have hoped the mini shrink would stay in place with out the extra effort

This is exactly what I'm looking for and was excited to get it, only to find that it does not fit the 3" core of my shrink wrap rolls tight at all. The roll fall off with the slightest movement. I've since returned the item and am continuing my search for one that fits. If It would've fit the 3" core, this would've been an easy 5 Star review.

This adjustable tension roller makes the job so easy, now I’m going to try a bigger plastic roll… maybe the 5” or bigger, it seems like it will handle any size almost.

If you us plastic wrap alot for work this is a must I love it fit perfectly and like how you can tighten or loosen depending your need

Def not well made. The resistance adjustment does hold- keeps backing off. Had remove bolts & apply blue lock-tite to keep them from coming loose. Now we have to glue the rubber handle sleeve on because it's sliding off. And there is ZERO customer support! Would return but we are outside the return "window".

Not impressed. The handle slides off while you are using it and the tension adjustment is not able to tighten up as I would think it should.
