Needed this for some recipes. Worked well for it’s purpose, overall satisfied.

This stuff tastes great. I use it in place of milk for recipes, including hot cocoa. But it mixes better with lukewarm or cool water, not so much in hot. That being said, if you wanted to use this for milk it would be super easy to mix and tastes pretty good. I just mix the powder in a tabespoon or two of water then mix in the rest of my ingredients. :)

I like it, but I did not read the instructions before. I had to mix it with cold water first and then make the tea for my mom and we both like it. Please read before you make the same mistake I made. Very tasty!!

This stuff is as fine as talcum and like no other powdered milk I've ever used. The second it hits water it lumps into hard, sticky clumps and refuses to dissolve. I've tried to mix it in water from warm to almost boiling. Nothing made it dissolve. It actually even glommed itself onto the bottom of the teflon-coated pan in which I was trying to mix it and had to be scraped off. It balls up and sticks like super glue to any wet or damp utensil it touches. Unless you don't mind going through the kitchen nightmare of your life, you'll avoid this miserable mess with the diligence you'd avoid an infestation of cockroaches. Two of the three 64-oz bags I bought are now in the trash unopened, along with the basically unused third.

The milk tastes good just wish it was slightly less expensive by a few dollars. I still love the product
