The hose worked quite well for the new style cans that are self-sealing. I have not needed to use refregerant for may years and when I went to the tool box to grab my old trusty set of hoses, I was shocked to see that they would no longer work. I like the idea of a self-sealing can as you can unscrew it from the hose and not lose all of the unused gas in the can unlike to old puncture cans. The hose worked well and seems to be spot on with the gauge reading. The ends fit well on both my A/C line and the self-sealing can. Everything went smoothly and the old car is back up and running with cold A/C again. Hopefully the old o-rings were all that went wrong and things will keep working for a long time. If not, this hose will come to the rescue again!

Say goodbye to spilled freon and oil. This is the new resealing cans and both ends are metal. Throw out your plastic fittings and cracked hoses now.

You learn something new every day. So there are resealing cans for this product. This tool has a few tips to access different types of can openings as well as the resealing cans we purchased from Amazon. Perfect.

MAYBE I GOT A BAD ONE BUT THIS DID NOT WORK RIGHT. I RETURNED IT AND BOUGHT THE TRIGGER TYPE RECHARGE UNIT. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THESE RECHARGE UNITS AT THIS TIME.

The hose may be a bit short for some applications. The worst part for me was the dial's face. The range you are trying to hit is a dark bluish color while the lettering is black - there is almost no contrast. In other words the most important range in the dial is absolutely the hardest to read! It is a terrible design choice.

Once I got used to the idea that the valve works backwards from models for the old style cans (all the way open releases and closes the built-in valve inside the can) I got my system recharged in a snap. I highly recommend this item.

Wie schon in der Rezension des R134a geschrieben. Der Trockner funktioniert wieder. Das Manometer arbeitet, ob der Druck passt kann ich nicht sagen da ich keinen Vergleich habe. Die Stechnadel ist für den einmaligen Gebrauch. Ein Verschließen der Gasflasche ist nicht möglich. Der Gasanschluss mit Schnellkupplung ist im nicht gekuppelten Zustand nicht dicht. Also befüllen und ganze Dose einlassen.

Perfect for what I needed, I’d not refilled my own aircon before and this bit of kit made it so simple, really well made, so easy to use and really good value for the money!

Works as it should for the self-seal refrigerant cans, seems to be good quality for multiple uses all metal parts and valve. Gauge appears to be accurate.

The gauge is qustionable and yet it still saved me money. I'll keep it. Good enough and I don't think it is needed again until my next used vehicle purchase. I used to use one without a gauge decades ago and then guessed via the cooling at the vents. And also use a temperature gauge. The suggestion is 40-45 degrees Fahrenheit at the vents in my car.

Good item could use a gauge only function for pressure test only. Needs to be connected to a bottle to test pressure Works perfectly
