Before we used this for the first time, my fiance and I gave it a trial run, (fully dressed). The thing says it holds 300lbs, and I am 70lbs under that at 230lbs. As soon as my second leg was in the air we started hearing creaking and cracking, so we looked up at the top of the door and it was starting to warp and bend like it was going to break. I immediately got out of it so as not to break the door. But this item cannot be returned so now we're stuck with it and can't even use it. Buyer beware.

I believe that the effect of the fantasy may drive this to sell more than it would sell otherwise. So, this "works", but with caveats, there has to be: some flexibility (average or better) on both sides, weight (too heavy may, warp or break the door, but it does have a weight limit. Additionally the heavier the rider, the more difficulty to make it "work"), strength ( if you are not the rider, and your partner is difficult to carry, this may lighten the load, but you will still need to put some back effort), in essence looks easy, but only makes the positions a tad more attainable.You can pretty much adjust length of leg holders and hand loops. Warning: ensure your door is properly aligned, as by design, a door not properly aligned may break on using this.
