Unreliable and power supply stops after a couple months.

Bought this product after another scanner started to have issues working. It would keep shutting off and stop scanning after being turned on for an hour in the morning. This new one arrived just 4 months ago and have already stopped working. I have tried plugging in into multiple computers to make sure it is the scanner and not another technical issue and no matter what, the lasers will not work. For $300 I would expect better. Save your money and buy them on eBay.
