This is great stuff, it is excellent if you crave sugar but like a more natural sweet treat. You can add it to baking or smoothies or go for it straight out of the jar. To make it creamy (as in the jar it is a hard coconut ice consistency) you can scoop out a few spoonfuls into a glass or bowl, then put that into a bowl of boiling water and within a few minutes it is creamy. It can now be spread easily onto toast or crackers etc (delicious) also then it's an easier consistency to add to smoothies or add water to make coconut milk (you need to play with quantities according to your own personal taste). Overall it's delicious and versatile and lasts a long time. Lots of recipes on the Tiana website.

This is so delicious I could eat the whole jar in one go!Only problem is it can get a little tough to scoop out of jar - but I guess that would be solved if the room temperature was a little warmer.

I always use Tiana B coconut goodness in my latte, it makes it lovely and creamy, but I think it’s far too expensive for what it is.

Enjoyed the taste of this product. Natural sweets without sugar or any other sugar alternative. Good for keto diet a LCHF.

I am on the candida diet and this one of the few snacks I am allowed to have. This is absolutely delicious, I have to watch myself not to eat the entire jar in one day

The product is frozen throughout the year, so you have to dig it out with a spoon. Although I have no problems doing so, some people might find that cumbersome. The flavour is very coconutty so a little goes a long way. Have used it for curries and has not let me down.

This is an excellent product. I am a raw vegan and found this to be perfect in my recipes. I would highly recommend the quality and speedy delivery thank you.

Love the fact that this is in a glass jar but I find it so hard to scoop it out. That said, I also really like the convenience of having coconut milk on tap, so to speak.
