This is my second time ordering this product. After getting diagnosed with PCOS earlier this year, I started looking for natural alternative ways to heal my body. I wasn’t getting a period for 2-3 months. I ordered this powder at the end of June and got my cycle at the end of July. I put 2 scoops of powder into my Stanley cup of water every single day. There is no weird taste or after taste and it’s not grainy. This Inositol powder is fairly priced as opposed to other brands like Ovasitol. I do take other supplements daily to go along with this Inositol powder, but I do think this is part of the reason why my PCOS symptoms have subsided. I will continue to use this product in hopes to conceive soon. Great product overall and will recommend.

I am amazed by this product. I have PCOS and take metformin, but suddenly, nearly missed 2 whole cycles. I have been taking this product for 1 week, 4 pills a day, and today FINALLY started my cycle after being 50 days late! It feels like a miracle. I notice a positive change in my mental clarity, reduced anxiety & depression, less bloated, less cravings, and overall I just feel lighter (PCOS girlies get it). I believe this product coincides nicely with my metformin and Zoloft, allowing them to function better. I am absolutely subscribing and keeping this as part of my daily. It’s hard for me to stay away from sweets,I suck at staying on a healthy eating but this product helped me sooo much to not crave, I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks yay.Negative side- I do not recommend to take when u are on your period, you will cramp horrible and bleed more.

Have struggled with PCOS since my teens. This supplement has helped stabilize my moods, is helping with facial hair. And overall has just made me feel better. I was researching something that’ll help me with my hormonal imbalance. I noticed my last two cycles I was spotting for 2 weeks straight before my period and sometimes after. So I decided to take this supplement. I started at 1 pill a day and worked up to only 2 pills a day (I think the recommended dosage is 4pills).Pros: Upon taking the pills, my spotting stopped almost immediately. I didn’t have any at all.Cons: - Headaches!! I had headaches almost everyday especially days I started taking two pills.-My period was late 4 days (I was spotting all 4 days). I’m on my 6th day of spotting or period… idk. So I think I’ll stop it.

**update after 2 menstrual cycles**I started taking this for pre-conception fertility support, and while it’s too early to speak to that part, I’ve already noticed a huge bonus: my periods have been shorter by 1–2 days and way more manageable!
