Love You More

This is very sweet, charming book to read to your young children, and the pictures are terrific!

For any parent that has ever played the game (and who hasnt?) Of "love you, love you more, love you most" with your kids, then you know how simple the concept of this book should be. What's wonderful here is the author actual pauses to take the time to capture those moments that bring us to want to say those words to our kids; the simple everyday joys of being a parent that are easy to miss or forget in the noise of our everyday lives.This is a wonderful little book where you can actually see yourself cuddled up with your kid reading it to them in that intimate way that only parents can claim, where you're reading the words but what you're really doing is pressing your love for them right through to their core as you hold them close and whisper "love you more."

I just received this book with our monthly subscription box. This book is so adorable! I always tell my daughter “I love you more than the stars in the sky” and there’s a part in the book that says that, and she was so happy to hear it! She thinks this book was written just for her. This is going to be a bedtime favorite for sure.

The gentle settings on every page, as well as the expressive faces on every character add so much to this sweet book. Gary Urda has written a story that will be familiar to many. It begins with the day a new baby comes home and follows the family as the child grows. It describes the little moments of our everyday lives - walking the dog, watching the raindrops fall, playing in the waves, jumping in the leaves and making snowmen during the first snowfall. Moments we might not notice during our busy lives, but moments when we look back, have added so much joy to our family. And on each double page, the parents share words to assure the child of their love, with the repeated phrase “I love you more than …”. The phrase describes each lovely illustration, such as “I love you more than all the blooming flowers and all the dandelions we make wishes on”.This would make a great gift for a baby shower, or for any family with little ones. It offers the reassurance that they are loved and always will be.

This was such a cute book. I read it to both of my littles today when it arrived. I think they will enjoy it in the days to come. It will be a great book for my son to read as well since he is still learning. (he is in first grade)

Buy each grandchild a copy when they are born

Even though my children are now adults, this book has really touched my heart! The text and illustrations are so sweet. I have given this book to new parents, grandparents and young children. It becomes an instant classic in everyone's family! I just purchased several for holiday gifts! Love this book!
