To my surprise it really works. We dug out the old Wii but new tv didn’t have the AV entry but only HDMI but this sorted our problem. Is sturdy and fits, works well, very easy to set up.

I bought a Sony Bravia OLED television last week but could not get my Wii to work on it. I bought a lead to connect the three wires from the Wii to a USB plug but that did not work. Eventually I googles extensively and found two or three people with the same problem. One person had replied and suggested the plug above (a Zeato Wii to HDMI converter) so I bought one, not expecting it to work. It was so easy to install - just plug it in and connect with an HDMI lead. It worked first time and I am delighted with it. No lack in picture or sound quality. I heartily recommend this genius plug which is dedicated to the Wii - worth every penny of the £7.49. Michael

A perfect little device for connecting your Wii to a modern TV with no analogue inputs. Obviously, it can't improve the low resolution, and such low resolution is really obvious when we have been accustomed to 1080p and 4k sources. Audio worked flawlessly, with the only setup needed was to change my (UK) Wii to 480p.

This is a great little gizmo that allowed me and the lad to indulge a little Wii-based nostalgia on our new tellybox. It's simple to plug in - leads from the Wii in one end, bang the other end into the hdmi socket on your telly and Bob's your uncle! Bear in mind (as other people have said) it only sends the video feed. It doesn't upgrade it to today's standard. I particularly bought this from this seller because, although a quid dearer, it claimed to arrive within a few days - which it did! - unlike the cheaper ones shipping from China.

I tried two converters before this; one didn't work at all and the other was terrible. Searched around online and saw this in an article called The 10 Best Accessories for the Wii so I bought it. They were right. Although the picture quality isn't perfect it's pretty darn good. More importantly, compared to the previous items, it's quick and easy to set up. It plugs straight into the back of the console and an HDMI out into the TV. No additional power supply required, which is another bonus. Connected to my new Sony Bravia and it worked with no fuss. Definitely recommend this if you need to connect your Wii to your new TV.

My Wii now works again

Plug and Play, so easy to use and does the expected job. The quality of the picture is OK but this is down to the Wii, not a problem of the adapter itself. The only complain is about build quality, as it is not very sturdy. The first time I tried to pull it out of the Wii I found myself holding the plastic casing while the device remained attached to the console, leaving the circuit board all exposed... It is easy to fix, but you need to be careful with its handling to avoid bigger issues

My wii console wouldn't compatible with my smart tv and only showed in black and white. This has sorted the problem 👍 well priced would recommend

Ich hatte das Problem das bei meinen neuen Fernseher die Anschlüsse für die WII fehlen. Nach ein bisschen Recherge habe ich diesen Adapter gefunden. Dieser wird direkt an die WII gesteckt und über ein HDMI Kabel mit dem Fernseher verbunden. Die Qualität des Bildes ist überraschend gut. Natürlich erhält man kein gestochen scharfes 4K Bild was aber eher an der Bildqualität der WII liegt. Fazit: Für diesen Preis lohnt sich der Kauf auf jeden Fall.

No se le puede pedir más. Enchufar y funcionar. Solamente recordar que hay que cambiar la configuracion de la wii a 480p en el menú pantalla. Si no, si es cierto que se ve raro en una tele grande. Una vez cambiado el modo, funciona perfecto.

Super easy to set up and I noticed that while the picture quality was clearly not fully 1920 resolution, it was MUCH better on my HD television that the NTSC signal without it. You could see the difference. The kids even said "what did you do to the Wii on the TV? The picture quality looks so much better!" Mission accomplished.
