Fun Embroidery Set

I have yet to finish but so far am very happy with this beginners set. The pattern is fun and easy to follow. The stitch directions are a little lacking, but nothing that can’t be remedied by consulting a book or YouTube video (Cutesy Crafts offers wonderful tutorials). I switched out the orange for a beautiful pale pink because it just wasn’t my cup of tea, but that’s obviously my own preference. Happy stitching!

NEW FAVORITE HOBBY

I have found a new hobby, all the pieces were included and it turned out beautifully. I looked up some techniques on YouTube and it was super simple. I already ordered 3 more and can't wait to get them!!!

some of them are NOT for beginners

I bought the one with the blue flowers and by reading the comments I thought it was going to be a breeze. Well Ill tell you something, it does not come with enough yarn, the institutions are hard to read, and I suggest that if you have to get it done quickly than use pliers to pull the needle in and out of the fabric, this will make your like 100 times easer. I have blisters on my finger, and in the instructions when it says 4 strands they mean to pull apart the yarn and remove 2 because there are 6 strands, this is so frustrating and difficult so I ended up just pulling the 6 strands through the fabric. One last thing, don't expect high quality fabric, it's cheap and as you are doing the project, the fabric starts to come apart.If you are a good embroidering person, this is a project for you, but if you are like me and this was/is your first time, maybe choose something better.
