My husband is constantly popping his back so I gifted him this set to help out. He loves the biggest one!

I tried a similar roller at my daughter’s house that I liked and she found this on Amazon for me.I didn’t think I would want all three roller, I followed the suggestion of using the large one first. I did, and was very impressed with the comfort of the stretch. I recommend being very slow and thoughtful of breathing when using.The large roller provided an amazing traction for my upper spine when supporting the pelvis with head near floor. I then found the small one could simultaneously be added for cervical traction at the same time.I was able to breathe through and release a knot between my shoulders that I’ve felt since a spine injury 10 years ago.The ring design allowed me to adjust the placement with my hands to gently optimize and combine the 3 sizes to achieve the best roller experience I’ve had.Thanks for the great product!

It holds 350 pounds, although there are some minor concerning sounds the wheel makes, and the foam is very thin. Feeling the hard plastic is rather uncomfortable. Would be 5 stars if it had thicker foam. It holds a lot of weight, but would work better for people who weigh less. No regrets with my purchase and would recommend.

Am very happy with this purchase because I needed something to assist with the upper back, thoracic region, as well as lower back, lumbar. At 74 I continue to struggle with acid reflux and other digestive issues which are directly related to spinal alignment. After spending "megabucks" with a chiropractor I went for "home care" and making some good decisions for my own needs. I am not someone who follows instructions well ... never have been and don't care that no instructions come with the wheels. Youtube has plenty of good videos to orient anyone interested in basics to advanced. I could feel the difference immediately in the thoracic spine with lots of belching that was necessary to help with my digestion. I was trained as a yoga instructor some years ago and this product is superb. Just let yourself ease into what "fits" for you and your body's needs at that time. Bodies do change ... don't get stuck in life ... find the flow and go. Don't make a problem where none exists. I may be 74, but, hey, I act like I am 4 and life is FUN and these wheels make it more so!!

Been having back problems for some time. If I drive for an extended period of time, I would have a mean back ache when I stand up to get out of the car. Figured I’ll give the rings a try-after reading about them. I used the large ring for less than a minute or two and boom no more back pain. All I did was roll back once and then forward once. I did feel a slight discomfort in a certain spot, when I do it though. I guess that particular spot was the “problem” spot. I doubt these will fix any and all back issues, but I did fix mine. I haven’t used the other two rings.

Great sizes for different stretching needs. Wonderful construction. Just no strap in the box. Box itself was packed poorly. Just the rollers, no packing material, not wrapping. Probably was used and returned.

Different sizes help for increasing/decreasing the pressure in rolling out.

The media could not be loaded. Good quality, nice set! I enjoy using my wheels mostly for stretching and yoga/inversion practice. I really like using the large/medium wheels for forearmstand practice, and any of the wheels for basic stretching. Also love just laying my back over the big wheel and breathing/resting like that to decompress & stretch my spine. If you’re hoping to do cool yoga moves back bending your feet over your head (scorpion pose, anyone?!) this wheel will help you get there! I have had a wooden wheel made by another brand for years, and while it is aesthetic, I have to say these plastic wheels with the padding are more comfortable and easier to grip/I slip less. I like that it comes in a 3-pack so that you can play on different sizes. All would be easy to travel with, but the smallest one obviously would be super easy. I love when I can take a simple product like this on the road with me easily. I am still learning how to use my wheel, and am enjoying the journey!
