I use this microphone just for personal recordings in a soundproof room and it's great for the price. I wish it was USB 3 instead of USB 2 but that's alright

I bought a mic from ollies for 21$ dollars and got the holder from Amazon the mic from ollies didnt work so I had to take it back so I hop on Amazon looking for a mic and found this the microphone sounds great easy set up the stand I got before this is a little better then the one that come with the mic for the price the mic was nice now I got two mic holder and im a mc/rapper so it works great for what I need it for (search RADASUNLORD)

it worked very well there was a piece that i couldnt understand how to get on and the instructions were VERY small but overall good sofar only had for a few hours tho and i only hav tried it on discord and on an old mac but im getting a laptop soon that i will test it then

This mic could be really good but has a high frequency ringing (whine, whistle, whatever you might call it). Sound quality is very good and clear. Way better than the laptop's built-in mic. The problem is, friends (other people on conference call or in game) comment about annoying "ringing ears sound" when this mic is being used. The boom is super wimpy and will probably break if adjustments are made regularly. This unit has been replaced by a Blue Yeti. Yes, Blue Yeti is more expensive but excellent. Yeti has a built-in headphone amp with volume control and a mute button on the mic. Should have bought the Yeti first... For comparison purposes, Behringer Bigfoot and M-Audio Uber are very similar to Yeti but cost less (not yet available as of 11/2020). I don't endorse anything, just providing some additional info that I found after searching for a suitable mic.

If your looking for a decent mic at a lower price point than some of the more expensive opt out there, then this is a good option. For me this wasn’t the lowest price point I found but it certainly wasn’t the highest, I saw it as a “middle of the road” option; and with that in mind I really like it. It has an easy setup and is very easy to use. My only warning would be that if you are recording in a noisy area this may not be the mic for you. It catches everything around it, even the slightest noise. But other than that, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

This is a nice microphone. I got this for a friend to help him start his video game streaming. It’s works perfectly for that. It came with everything he needed to plug in and play. It came with an extra sponge mic cover. It was easy for him to conveniently locate it. The sound in his streams is clear and loud.

We really like it, pretty good quality overall, good desk grip, very easy to reposition; audio quality is pretty good too. People have said they can hear me more clearly with this than with a headset mic. Picks up some background noise but if you use the included foam cover it focuses better on your voice. Great price for this quality. Recommended.
