Worked for me and helped the swelling
I was thinking no this is rubbish but I had a sport sprain and I needed something to help with the swelling and this did. So easy to use. I will definitely buy them again. The box was pretty beaten up on arrival too and was open, but everything was inside. Overall these worked well for me at a decent price.

Helped my hand and wrist pain.
These worked well to knock out the deep chronic aches and pains in my hands and wrists. Pretty bulky to wear around your wrist though and they are a nightmare to remove so hence 4 stars not 5. I would reccomend that you stick and unstick it to a surface a couple times to remove a little tac before applying, and when you are ready to remove it, wash with very warm soapy water as you peel it. However, they work where tiger balm, steriod injections and many other products have failed for me so I will definitely buy them again. Not a lot of good for my back pain, so after using 1pacth I now need to send the rest of them back. No good to me!

Directions
It is recommended to keep the patch no longer than 12 hours on the skin. The next patch must not be used before than 6 hours after removal of the previous one. In the treatment of exacerbations (worsening of the disease) chronic diseases of joints and spine, it is recommended to use the patch continuously for an average period of 6-15 days, followed by a period of non-use of a week or more.
Safety Warning
For external use only. Must not be reused. Keep out of reach of children. Caution with a susceptibility to skin allergies. During application of the patch, and about an hour after the treated area must not be exposed to water. Avoid prolonged insulation and sun exposure during and immediately after treatment.
