I got these balls to use for the The MELT Method . They are perfect! They are classic, rubber balls, not a high-bounce ball . The latter are too hard for the MELT techniques where you rub a ball on your hands and feet.As you can see from the picture I've provided, this comes with a lot of balls! It's a real bargain at the price, especially considering it also has free shipping.
